Ingredients:

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 1/2 tsps dry mustard
1/3 cup raisins
1 1/2 tbsps cornstarch
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup Steen's Pure Cane Syrup

Instructions:

Combine sugar, mustard, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in water, syrup, marmalade and raisins. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in vinegar and butter. Serve with ham.

YIELD: 2 cups
